GUSTO E PROFUMO

Odore e aroma di media intensità, abbastanza persistente in bocca.

ASPETTO

Colore giallo e riflessi arancio. La cristallizzazione avviene gradualmente, ma in maniera rapida. Quando la cristallizzazione avviene,il suo colore muta e diventa molto chiaro ed acceso.

USI IN CUCINA E ABBINAMENTI

Ottimo per dolcificare il tè bianco e verde e le tisane in generale o in abbinamento ai formaggi a pasta molle. Perfetto a colazione se spalmato su una fetta di pane integrale imburrata.

LA PIANTA

Il cardo selvatico è una pianta con fiore spinoso di colore bianco o tendente al viola, posto in cima ad uno stelo sottile e lungo fino a 40 cm. Questa pianta è associata alla pianta del carciofo, motivo per cui il sapore è simile a quest ultimo.
