GUSTO E PROFUMO

Profumo delicato e poco intenso e gusto altrettanto delicato, si presta bene all’utilizzo come dolcificante.

ASPETTO

Colore ramato, riflessi aranciati. Cristallizzazione omogenea, medio – rapida a seconda della composizione pollinica.

USI IN CUCINA E ABBINAMENTI

Lo si può abbinare a formaggi freschi come taleggio o squacquerone, oppure utilizzare come condimento: ottimo con il pollo, per rafforzarne il gusto in ricette creative, come quella che lo vede in abbinamento a rosmarino, limone e anice stellato. Il millefiori è consigliato su Brie, formaggi caprini, Fontina, Gorgonzola, Taleggio.

LA PIANTA

Il miele millefiori è il miele di tutti i fiori nella loro immensa varietà, dal tarassaco primaverile di pianura al rododendro estivo di alta montagna.

La flora da cui le api raccolgono il nettare è molto diversa e varia in base al territorio e altitudine.
